Love it! I would have given them a 6 stars if it's possible! Never have a problem and they don't charge extra when I need to starch my husband's shirts or dry clean and iron our clothes. Since they have arrived at our condo a year ago, we have3 been using them regularly.

Been using them ever since I found their service. Shirts and suits are well pressed. Very convenient to place the order and make payment through the app. Pick up and delivery through the digital locker system is a delight and available 24/7. I usually place the dirty garments late at night (after mid night), and collect them back clean 3 days later. Joyce and team are always friendly and happy to help.

I am one of their fans! Honestly, My Locker Laundry is amazing. My building has one of their lockers and I can literally just drop my dry cleaning items off at night after work and its ready for me 2 days later looking perfect. Also, it's cheaper than my previous dry cleaner and a lot more convenient, so why would I not use them all the time?

Quite honestly, it's a great app. They have introduced an unparalleled laundry and dry cleaning service for all the residence at our condo. Its quality cleaning, quick turnaround, and prompt customer service. Their pricing is highly competitive and actually, a lot better than what we used to pay. They also have a great loyalty program. Having said, I must say that the app is only useful when they have already installed their digital locker system at your condo or apartment.

Overall, very good customer service and super convenient. There was a time in Jan that they didn't do a good job in ironing my clothes (some wrinkle on the sleeve) but after spoke with them and send them the photos, they agreed to re dry clean and iron them again with any charges. Subsequently no other issues. Price is very reasonable and really convenient. I think I save about 30% for the same service and thumbs up for their customer service and new way of laundry.

Have started to experience their dry cleaning and ironing services after our neighbors introduced My Locker Laundry to us. Honestly, they are really good, on top of the game. They are 24/7, and we can drop off our dirty clothes in the middle of the night and ta-da, come back and collect super clean and neatly pressed clothes at the same place. Well done!

I recently started using their service because I moved into an apartment with the laundry lockers. I really like their services. My first experience was great! I accidentally left two $50 notes in my pocket when I sent them for dry cleaning and I totally forgot about it. I received their WhatsApp message the next day from their customer service and told me what happened, and they returned the money back when they deliver my clothes. How honest! Love to recommend them to all.

Really not bad. Didn't know there is such a cool dry cleaning vending machine service in Singapore! Probably the most innovative (and practical) invention this year! We have used them a couple times now. Really not bad! We saved about $100+ to wash our curtains! Will recommend them to all our neighbors.
