Children under the age of 14
The company cares about the safety of children. Because the service is not directed towards children, children under age of 14 are not allowed to register with or use the service. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 14, we will delete that information immediately.
Information we collect
Upon registration with the service (either as a consumer, partner or driver), a user profile may be developed to further customize the user’s experience. The personal data we collect to create a user profile includes but is not limited to; name, identity card number, passport number, mobile number, address, email and credit card number.
In addition, tracking information may be collected as you navigate through our website or use our service. We may also collect device type and unique identifier when you use our mobile application, we use this information for the sole purpose of providing you with the most up to date application and features.
We may also collect information on the clothes you are giving us for cleaning, including type, service request, brand, colour, and size. In addition, we may take photos of the clothes that you give us for cleaning. Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide you with an enhanced experience when using our service.
To help us serve your needs better, we may use “cookies” to store and sometimes track user information. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies can be disabled or controlled by setting a preference within your web browser.
How we use your information
Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide you with an enhanced experience when using our service. We use this information to closely monitor which features of the service are used most, to allow you to view your order history, store your credit card information on a secure page, view any promotions we may currently be running, rate our service, and to determine which features we need to focus on improving, including usage patterns and geographic locations to determine where we should offer or focus services, features and/ or resources. We use the mobile information collected so that we are able to serve you the correct app version depending on your device type, for troubleshooting and in some cases marketing purposes. We use the credit card information you provide us to bill you for services.
Your information may be disclosed for the purposes indicated above to our officers and employees, third parties, affiliates, service providers, advisors, which include without limitations, the following persons or entities: banks, credit card companies, payment vendors, debt collection agencies, logistics and courier services companies, our business partners and authorized distributors and dealers, relevant government regulators or authorities or law enforcement agencies, our insurers and advisors, including consultants, auditors and lawyers.
If you have provided us with your mobile number(s) and have indicated that you consent to receiving marketing or promotional information via your mobile number(s), then from time to time, we may contact you using the mobile number(s) with information about our products, services, or promotions.
Your information may be transferred and/or storage in a country or territory outside Singapore and you consent to any such transfer and/or storage of your information outside Singapore.
At any point in time, you may withdraw your consent for us using and disclosing your personal data. We will cease to use the personal data of the customers for direct marketing if the customers so request.
